What should I send for a quote?
Send a photo of your room or window, approximate measurements if you have them, and an example you like. If you haven’t chosen a style, just describe the result you want.
Are measuring and installation free?
Yes, measuring and installation are free. We’ll agree on the visit time and details of your order on WhatsApp.
How long does an order take?
Usually 5–7 days; we’ll confirm the timing for your individual order. Urgent orders or items in stock may sometimes be available the same day, but only by separate agreement, and this is not guaranteed for every order.
Which languages do you speak?
We speak English, Turkish and Russian. For other languages, we can use a translator.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, cards and bank transfers. Interest-free credit card instalments are available; we’ll confirm availability and terms for your individual order.
What determines the price?
The price depends on measurements, fabric, style and mechanism. We’ll discuss suitable options, confirm the measurements and calculate the total for your order.
